I have moved in with my partner who has a Sky Q box - I had Sky Glass in my old place, and I have brought my Sky Glass TV with me since this is now owned outright by myself.
We wish to now cancel Sky Q and use only the Sky Glass TV with the full services that come with Sky Glass - we plan to keep her full range of subsciptions etc. so you would think that would be simple....... well despite numerous calls to Sky and being passed from one department to another we are still no further forward!

I think the issue here is Glass would be under your name/account and Q under their acount.
Perhaps they need to cancel Sky Q then you sign back up to Glass under your name.

I you use your sky glass tv and the subscription on that then you will have to cancel your sky q subscription and send the equipment back, what you could do is use the tv and connect the sky q box to it and use it that way,

Her equipment would need to be returned to Sky. Once her services end, you can process a Home Move to move your Sky Glass account to your new address.

So finally spoke to someone who knew what to do............. problem solved, but you do need to talk to someone at Sky and just hope it's the right person!

Not 100% accurate, we did end up speaking with a person tonight and they did indeed cancel Sky Q but with no notice pereiod and we got Sky Glass up and running within an hour.
