Moved house wrong regions

Have moved house but still have old news regions. All correct on "my sky" app, can someone fro. Tech solve for me please, thanks, Mandy

I've seen a few of these posts and it can take several weeks for your region to update after you have informed sky 

 

you could try emailing viewerR@sky.uk to see if they have logged your change of address  

 

btw we are all customers on this forum
