Moved house - still got old regions…

I know this has been asked before - but the answers don't actually solve the issue. 

Moved from Stafford to Bude in Cornwall - but still getting Central/Midlands BBC. Sky have had new address for 5 days and shows up ok on the account portal. 

Been told just to wait - question is -

how long? Done resets, power down etc. and no luck.

@CornishNick Hopefully it won't take too long but in case you are not aware you can find the BBC regional broadcasts between channels 951 and 969 (BBC One SW is 962). This might help while you wait for the issue to be resolved.

Thanks yes... aware of these but there doesn't appear to be ITV regions? Or are they hidden away somewhere?

@CornishNick ITV regional varients dont have epg numbers however I have escalated your first post to Sky so expect them to invite you onto a private chat through tge forum where they will add a chat button for you to use. This appears to happen where whoever handled the move at Sky's end changed the account address but not changed the Stream regional setting.

Update:

Spoke with @CornishNick and issue should now be resolved, Cornishnick will reply on this thread should it need re escalating after he's tested next week.

Thanks. This switched over yesterday at some time. Started seeing the correct local BBC and ITV now.

I've had the same problem with Sky stream and had no joy when speaking to technical support.  Any suggestions on how to fix?

Yes it is - I changed it on 11 Jan.
