Missing channels

We bought Sky Glass without realising this.   Don't get it if you want the religious channels.   We will be looking elsewhere when the contact ends to get these back.

I would never spend hundreds of pounds on something without doing research and reading reviews etc

Agreed!!!!!!!!!   I went on to cancel Disney+ - didn't realise I was out of contract and they were 'upgrading' -  took it because it was recommended to me by sales as a great deal!!!!.    Just caught out!!!!!!  Was running same price as other package.  So was recommended as a good offer and grabbed it!!!!  Have learned a BIG lesson.    Agree with you!!!!!
