basicly we got out sky glass and I put it straight up on wall. We have now moved and decided to put it on the stand now but our bolts are missing is there a way for sky to send out a new bolt pack? Thanks

You would need to call Sky but I suspect they don't have spare parts like this.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Fair enough but we didn't recive any bolts in the pack surely they would sort this issue maybe.
