Missing Sky Glass Order

Ordered a sky glass tv on 8th May 2025. The order is showing delayed on the tracker, called sky 4 times but they cant track it and dont know where it is, dont know what else to do.

Hi @JackieMcVeigh If you have spoken to Sky then they should be looking to find out what has happened to it. If it still doesn't arrive in a couple of days then you need to speak to Sky again and ask them to cancel the order as is your right.

Yeah spoke to them about five times now and they just say "The expected delivery date is the date the TV is with the delivery company and not the date of actually delivery so to allow a few working days for it to arrive" but gone past that now, each time I ring them, they mention a form to track its whereabouts but nothing being done still. I have 14 days to cancel since ordering so might hold out another day or two then cancel

I wouldn't blame you if you cancel, it doesn't sound like you've had a very good experience.

@JackieMcVeigh  Which delivery option did you chooses are there are 2, the 2nd being 3 to 28 days.

 

Delivery options: Delivery cost: Delivery date: Delivery times:
Standard delivery Free 3 – 28 days (Monday – Saturday*) All day (7am – 9pm)
Premium delivery** £45 1 – 2 days (Monday – Sunday) AM (7am – 12pm) or PM (12pm – 9pm) delivery slots
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Thanks for this, I did know about this - I ordered it on the phone with sky and they said first avail delivery date was 8th May but i would of waited 28 days if they advised that.. that could be why then?

@JackieMcVeigh  If you didn't pay £45 for premium delivery then it's going to be standard delivery as per the posted schedule.

@JackieMcVeigh Also, if you didn't pay for premium delivery you will have to unbox and put the TV on its stand yourself.
