Do you have a main Sky Q box and a Sky Q subscription?

@Rhian01__  As per @Mark39  question in addition if you subscription is for Glass/Stream a Q mini box can't be used as you can't havce Sky Q & Glass at the same address, you need a stream puck for any additional TV's

Both, but we have unplugged sky q due to sky glass installed, was i not supposed to do this ??

@Rhian01__  To clarify you have Sky Glass  with a Glass TV subscription?  If so Sky Q will no longer work.

Hi @Rhian01__  Sky q mini boxes will only work with Sky Q.

If you have Sky Glass then you need a stream puck along with a whole home subscription (£13 per month unless you get a discounted price).  Stream pucks are loaned and cost a one off fee of £39.95

@Rhian01__  If you bought Glass with the relevant TV subscription on Glass you'll access all your Sky channels through the Glass TV Guide, if this is how you are getting yoiur subscription channels then Sky Q isn't required and you'll be expected to return all the Q boxes after the colling off period has elapsed.

As soon  as the sky glass tv  is activated  it starts your  subscription  on the tv and your  sky q subscription and mulit room are cancelled  the same day and you  will  be  sent returns  packaging with in 30 days  of your  activation
