Menu pops up every time I press select

If I am scrolling through programmes and press select on the remote a program preview menu pops up at the bottom of the screen and blocks what I'm looking at. The only way to get rid of it is to press the back button. It appears constantly and is very annoying. How do I stop this happening?

Hi @Paul538 

 

Try the following:

 

Press and hold 7 and 9 together for 3 seconds.

Press and hold 1 and 3 together for 3 seconds

 

If that doesn't work you will need a replacement as per sky's advice here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/remote-control-help-sky-glass-wrong-menu
