I can't seem to manage my content package, it is greyed out so can't access it.

which part of the content are you trying to manage ? Some packs can be removed on the MySky app but not all

I'm just trying to manage both, someone hacked my Netflix account last month and added Premium, I sorted that but now I can't access either of the options as both greyed out, I've still not had a refund for premium either when they said they would sort that out aswell

This sounds like an issue you may have to contact sky via the telephone to deal. It seems like a scenario specific to the account issues you have had when being hacked 

 

there are only fellow customers in the community. Suggest you call sky to discuss
