Unfortunately you will have to use search on Sky Glass to try and find what you previously had.

There is no transfer method available when swapping from Sky Q and everything gets lost unless it's Sky Store content which you access via the app.

@Paul2309  Your post doesn't give us much to go on

but if you mean you can't access all channels on glass that you could on Q , that'll be because the line up of channels is completely different

Sky Glass and Stream do not have the same channel line up as Sky Q.

Any recordings on Q will be lost when your Glass subscription became active.

What exactly is your issue ?
