Re: Loss of picture

What speed is your fibre? Do you have WiFi turned off in the settings?

@wayne+collumbine  Have you tried  reboot, unplug TV for a minute then plug back in.  Does this resolve the issue?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@wayne+collumbineUntil all the bugs are sorted out I have set the resolution to 1080i it seems to improve things a bit.

I'm starting to get the black screen for a few seconds whilst watching the Live Kings Coronation on Sky News UHD channel 904

Had enough so switched to BBC iplayer to watch the same programme in UHD no black screen whilst watching via iplayer.

So I've switched back to channel 904 and it's playing nicely so far

May try @bob1234 solution but really shouldn't if paying for UHD.

Re: Loss of picture

The UHD HLG live stream with Atmos on Ch.904 has been rock solid for well over an hour and a half on my puck. No drop-outs, pauses or black screens. I'm on Ethernet to 500Mbps FTTP. WiFi is off.
So it can work. It's just a shame the experience differs for a lot of people.
