Looks like I have HD on half my sky glass and the other half normal Picture quality
Hi on my sky glass it looks like the Picture quality is splitting two hearts one is clear and looks like it's high definition you're the one is lighter write down the centre of the screen

It could be a software bug. Try unplugging from the mains for at least 10 minutes and plugging back in. If the problem persists it could be a hardware fault with th panel, in which case you will need to contact Sky and arrange a replacement under warranty.
