Lip sync picture freeze and network issue

Hi, I've only just got sky glass and I am having loads of problems, first of all is lip sync. No matter what I do it keeps happening. Second is that we are now experiencing picture freeze and now when I test the speed I get through the sky glass only  89mbs that's a wired Ethernet cable yet in my bedroom through the sky puck I get 179mbs which is wireless !
I am on a fibre 300 package through to ! 
I never ever had a problem with sky Q and at this rate they can have the Tv back 

is there a fix for these problems
