Linking New Sky Glass

We have just had a replacment Sky Glass TV as the old one developed a fault in that you couldnt hear any voices only music. The sky glass is in place and turns on so everything is connected ok.  It recognises you have a sky glass account and comes up with your user name but when it asks you for the password and you put it in, it doesnt accept it.  I have reset the password and it still wont accept it so I do not know what to do??

Is it asking for your password, or your PIN? Unless you've changed it, your PIN is the last 6 (I think)  digits of your mobile number.

There was a fix for this last year where if it doesn't recognise your pin pull the plug on the glass on the pin entry screen then plug back in and it should skip the screen altogether on the following setup run

not sure if this still works though

Must have been a while since you have had to reset yours !
