I can't belive that my tv is less than a year old and has purple and green lines already.
Sky, fix it or give me a new one under the consumer act

Your not talking to Sky. This is a customer helps customer forum. Usually turning your TV off at the mains for 10 minutes will help resolve lines like this (as can be caused by software but)
Failing this if you contact Sky they will replace it for you under the 2 year warranty as documented here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/warranty-sky-glass

You will not receive a "new one" ... the best you can expect is a refurb of similar age🤔

If the lines don't disappear after pulling the plug for a few minutes then you will need to contact sky to claim for a replacement under warranty. The warranty on sky glass is 2 years.

As with all tech there will be the odd ones that maybe damaged in transit or in the manufacturing process or have a faulty part. This happens to all tvs. Unfortunately the phone lines are very busy at the moment due to the issues users encountered over the weekend.
