You will need to contact sky about this issue, especially as you have done a factory reset, as you will probably have now removed you account details from the tv and you will now need help to get it back, factory resets should only be done when talking to an advisor from sky as this can cause more problems than it solves

Hi Mike,
Thank you for your reply.
I did all the advised service checks and it said everything was running as it should but we could not get any channels at all.
Everything worked on my TV upstairs via the puck which would indicate it's an issue with the glass TV. However, I will also try what you have suggested.

There are no error messages, just every channel I try and view it says "waiting for programme to load".

@LKJ Seems Sky are having issues themselves at the moment. The call centres are closed until they are resolved.

I'm having the same problem. I called Sky who tell me the problem is with them and that they're trying to find a fix, but haven't yet and couldn't give a time scale! They say they'd inform us when they are able to roll the fix out. It's worth calling them to add yourself to what is starting to sound like a very long list of frustrated customers.

I have just come of the phone to Sky explaining my issue to be told by an advisor that the system has told him I need to replace my tv and that I will have to pay for it £624. What on earth is going on here, this is absolutely disgusting.
Has anyone else been told this?
