A 4" stripe down tv in different areas, not all the time.

@Melane1 I had exactly the same thing with my Glass TV. A normal reboot didn't help so I left the TV unplugged overnight and the line disappeared and luckily it never came back. Give it a try but if it doesn't resolve the issue or if it keeps coming back you should call Sky for additional troubleshooting and if necessary a replacement TV (assuming it is still within its 24 month warranty).

Try unplugging the tv for 10 minutes

This is a not uncommon glitch in the Sky Glass software. It's been happening since Glass launched in 2021. Sky don't seem to be able to fix it as it's regularly reported on these forums to this day.
If a reboot doesn't fix it then you'll need to ring Sky for further troubleshooting & potential replacement under warranty.
