Keep losing replay

We have to keep

rebooting our sky glass TV which is quite annoying

i sound like an IT expert 'turn it off and on again' 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

The usually cause is that the internet speed its receiving it dropping below 25 Mbls. Once it drops below the minimum recommended speeds it will typically cause it have issues and crash which only a reboot will fix.

 

How do you are it connected to the internet via Wifi or ethernet?
