Keep getting the message on Sky, Please wait for programme to load but nothing happens but all apps are working ok
This is happening more frequently and its beginning to become a problem to me

Most likely a problem with the broadband connection to the Glass TV. The live channel streams tend to need a faster, more stable connection than the apps.
Are you connecting via WiFi? If so, what speed is the TV receiving? To find out, open the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu and run a network check.

thanks for the answer, Network seems ok, Netflix showing over 100mps and all other devices working ok, just seems to be the glass tv, thought it might need an update or something, the tv seems to be doing it more often, maybe once per day, it's just getting annoying

Hi @Keef94
You'll need to report this to Sky themselves, rather than on this forum. Level 2 support are investigating this same issue for me. We're needing to reboot as many as 15-20 times throughout the day as it repeatedly freezes when switching between playlist, live TV and on demand apps.
There appears to be a wider issue affecting mupltiple customers.
