Keep getting technical fault

When I click a channel to watch it keeps saying technical fault, I go to sky app and there is an issue with my TV connection how ever the connection is fine. Any advise as at the moment I can't watch TV.

@Gary112  Have you tried rebooting your device by powering off and removing the plug from the wall for a few minutes?

Have you tried switching the connectoin from Wifi to ethernet (or vice versa depending on your setup). If switching to ethernet, you need to disable the Wifi from the Network settings and should then do a reboot.

 

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to System Management
3. Press Select
4. Go to Resets and Updates
5. Press Select
6. Go to Restart Device
7. Press Select.

Note this will take a few minutes to reboot, so expect to see a blank screen for 2 minutes until the Sky logo appears as its starting up.

@Gary112  Can you access the Netflix app  and  run its content on your Glass TV?

Yeah, Netflix works fine. It just buffers a bit more. It seems to be happening more when the football is on.

I have the same issue with my Sky Stream. Netflix speed is 350 Mbps so no internet connection problem. Every channel say technical fault

Yes, I have rebooted the device and it's still not working
