Just got sky glass and now all my sky channels has stopped on my sky q box

Why cant i get doc,music channels on sky glass . They have all stopped on my q box

@beebee2210  Sky Q service is automatically cancelled when you order and activate a Sky glass and tv subscription 

 

Sky will be in contact about returning the Q equipment shortly before your 31 day cooling off period expires 

 

it is important to note that the channel lineup between q and glass is not identical

In particular there's a significant difference in Music channel availability: the channel owners may see no point in getting carriage on Glass/Stream when by definition users of those platforms are online anyway.
