Just a bit of help for anyone  who  needs  it, if you  can connect  your  sky glass  tv or puck to the Internet  by  a ethernet cable , it's  more stable, and if you want to know what the speed your tv or puck is getting go to Netflix once  in the menu go to get help click  on  that  and go down to check  my network  this will run a speed test and tell what the speed is to the tv or the puck

But only up to 100Mbs for an ethernet connection because that's the limit of the ethernet chipset in the Glass set.
