Sounds like sky q and the satellite dish, not getting  a signal, if you have trees in line with  it they will  block your signal, as will if you  have scaffolding  around  it, or the cable is damaged

You have posted in the Sky Glass section, and mention 'digital signal' that sounds more like a Sky satellite dish error.

 

Can you let us know which Sky service you have, is it Sky Q or Sky+?

If you're trying the digital terrestrial tuner without having an external aerial attached then the television isn't going to get a signal.
