Wondering if anyone has a solution for this. I connect the TV OK and it finds 5 remote options, of which 3 work the volume only. None will control the TV power ON/OFF.
Any suggestions how to get the Puck remote to work with the JVC? Thanks!!

To turn the TV off it's a long press of the power button, a short press will turn off the Puck. Just to confirm you are pressing and holding the power button? It's caught lots of people out.
In terms of turning it on, waking the Puck by pressing the home button should turn the TV on via CEC control. Check the settings on your TV as you may need to turn this on.
