Itvx sd problems

Suddenly my itvx app on skyglass is all showing sd content no hd at all🤔 my Internet is fine running at 700mb etc all other channels working fine running at uhd or hd. Anything wrong with the app today. I've rebooted and signed out signed in nonsense and still the same.
