It seems like glass tv is malfucntioning

Hi all, 

anyone else experiencing their sky glass doing alllsorts of things you should not expect. 
we are currently experiencing our tv:

 

• words not syncing with the person on tv talking.

• randomly switching off and having to manually put back on.

out main issue is the first as we cannot experince tv whilst watching and continuously having to switch the tv  on and off and does not rectify anything. 

We then do a service checker and unbelievably when we check the sound choice as the closest to only option. It comes back saying working perfectly. There is no option to tick other problem to explain in more depth. 
help or advice please.

The lip sync issue is a recently resolved issue, but it's still rolling out and it might not have reached you yet. Sky say it should be fully rolled out by the end of the month. 

Regarding the other problem, I'm not sure what this would be and will let others more informed respond.
