Just got sky glass today and linked my netflix account, all loads up fine but when i try and watch a programme i get error code: tvq-pb-101 (8.1) i have tried restartibg the tv and also turned off the router but still no joy. Any ideas on a fix for this.

Unplug your Glass at the mains for 2 minutes.
https://help.netflix.com/en/node/126617 says leave your device off for 30 seconds however experience has proven this isn't sufficient to clear faults on Glass or Pucks.

Thanks for the response, unfortunately even after unplugging for a longer period of time still getting the same error message. The other devices I have working through the pucks are all fine, it is just Netflix on the main device that is the issue. Any other thoughts or suggestions.

My netflix won't even open says this app is currently unavailable and yet my account is ok I've checked tried the unplugged nothing seems to work help

I had this last week and again today, plus I'm getting show placeholders without images. Also, when I do get a show to play the screen saver kicks in after a couple of minutes 🤦♂️ . I've also just tried a reboot by holding the power button down while turning the mains on. 30 minutes of my life wasted. Everything else works, so I'm guessing it's an issue between Sky and Netflix

I got told to do the same thing, (hold power button on whilst turning back on by plug) and it's seemed to have worked for me 🤷
I found talking to someone
through messenger on there sky page easier.
