Issues with discovery plus not recognising my sky Subscription

Hi basically recently tried to use my discovery plus account and it tried to charge me, as I was aware sky customers do get standard free which was the case previously, 

It says it's added on my sky bill ? 
but not activated according to discovery,

Could anyone help with this ? 
I had this email months ago but not sure it was relevant as I didn't end my sky just migrated to sky glass.
