Since the upgrade to 1.3. Entertainment System. we have the following issues.
when switching channels we get a blank page.
Program loading but never starts as fails with Technical fault.
unable to use Apple TV. as it does not respond.
Tv also not turning on via remote, having to switch off at the wall...
not a great update experience for us

Have you tried unplugging the tv from the mains for a few minutes, must say u have not have any problems, but my tv is connected to the broadband by an ethernet cable, and I am on sky gigafast broadband too, tv almost 3 years old to

To get it working we have unplugged several times.
maybe I should have said I forced it to do a download yesterday, it went back to 1.2 version and had no problems.
At some point it upgraded again to 1.3 and back to having these problems again.

For for reference the Entertainment OS version refers to features Sky have released. The software version begins QS. Currently QS028.XXX what version number on you running?

You'll need to report this to Sky themselves, rather than on this forum. Level 2 support are investigating this same issue for me. We're needing to reboot as many as 15-20 times throughout the day as it repeatedly freezes when switching between playlist, live TV and on demand apps.
There appears to be a wider issue affecting mupltiple customers.
