Issue with Islamic Channels on Sky Glass

Dear Sky+ Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I'm experiencing with my Sky Glass service. Specifically, I am unable to access Islamic channels such as The Islam Channel on my Sky Glass device.

As a subscriber, having access to diverse content, including religious channels, is important to me. However, despite my efforts, I have been unable to locate or view The Islam Channel and similar Islamic channels on my Sky Glass platform.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. It would be greatly appreciated if you could investigate the issue and provide guidance on how I can access these channels on my Sky Glass device.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.

Sincerely,
Sajed Brown

However we can certainly let advise that  the available channels on the Sky streaming is different (and fewer in number) than those available on the Sky satellite platform.

The list of available channels on the Sky streaming platform can be found here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/tv-channel-list-sky-glass

There is no issue as such slo tyhere is nothing to i nvestigate, a full list if channel avaable have been posted for your reference.  Sky cannot unilateraly add channesl to the Glass/stream platform without the indivudual channels consent or willingness to be included and meet certain streaming criteria.

Glass/Stream is a  a different system to satellite, where any channel on satellite has to be included on the EPG subject to payinmg the relevant fees, on Sky Glass they don't have any automatic right to be there, in fact they have to want to be there.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
