My dad is having problems with the voice control for Sky Glass - is there a remote you can use with Sky Glass that has a channel up and down button?

Pressing the top and bottom of the circle pad at the top of the Sky Glass remote allows you to move up and down the channels. This only works once you start watching a channel.

@Keith.39 A Sky Q remote works perfectly well with Sky Glass (I use one as a 2nd remote).  This may be more suitable for your Dad. You may have an old one available to you but if not they are available on Amazon.
