We have an Apple TV 4K box plugged into our 43" Glass gen 1, signed into exactly the same Apple ID/Apple Account as the Apple TV app on the Glass TV itself. No conflict at all.

Thank you

Do you find the Apple produced shows clear and not too dark?

Yes. The Apple TV 4K box outputs 4K with HDR10 and Dolby Vision fine. Only used the Apple TV app on Glass itself once or twice for watching Apple TV+ shows but I don't remember there being any problems. I can always look up the Glass picture settings and the video output settings on our Apple TV 4K box if you want to compare/try them.

Apple's own Apple TV+ material tends to use Dolby Vision, assuming the display supports it (which Sky Glass does). You can check if the content playing is in Dolby Vision by pressing the ... button on your remote whilst the programme is playing. If the content is in DV you'll see the Dolby Vision badge on screen,

This also works for Dolby Vision content from Disney+, Netflix, Paramount+ etc.

Without being at home to check, Glass TV should have the toggle in settings > picture and sound > picture to switch between dark & bright for Dolby Vision if you';re finding DV content too dark.
