Is Sky Go linked to Sky Glass?

Hi I purchased Sky Glass a couple of months ago and noticed on my bill there is an item listed as 'Whole Home' which was not mentioned when I signed up for my new TV package.

Currently it is listed as £0 per month but this will increase to £15 in February 2026. I did not ask for this item or order any pucks when I got the new package.

My questions are:

Do I have to keep Whole Home because I have Sky Glass - if so this should have been explained when I took out the new package, as it will add £15 a month to my bill next year

If I can get rid of Whole Home, will it prevent me using Sky Go on my devices such as phone or laptop, which I sometimes use?

Any advice would be appreciated.

You don't need to keep Whole Home. Whole Home is required if you want to watch Sky Go on a games console or apple TV, if you want to download shows on Sky Go or if you want to add additional Sky Glass or Sky Stream pucks to your subscriptions so you can watch Sky in more that one room in your house.

You should be able to remove Whole Home from your package via your My Sky account.
