Internet connection keeps dropping

My sky glass is completely unwatchable all the time it's driving me mad. I have virgin internet every appliance works in my house apart from sky glass

There have been other reports on the forum of the Virgin Media Hub/Router and Glass having issues. Is using ethernet feasible?

Yes but the router is in the some room it's stupid that at over 400 mbps and it dosnt work.

Ethernet is working but its a long wire and in the way

Im having the same issues! but i have been with both Sky an Virgin there was still the same issue.
