Inadequate broadband

I now realise that I should never have been sold sky glass, and I have to wonder why they exchanged one TV for another when Sky absolutely knows that Sky Glass requires significantly more than an upload speed of 19.4

@D+Jeeves  It's actually the download speed that is important rather than the upload speed.

As above, its your download speed, not upload speed  that needs to have the following Sky recommended speeds:

Recommended minimum broadband speed of 25Mbps.

Or 30Mbps if you add extra Sky Stream pucks or watch in UHD.

Plus, using the Sky Sports live sync option adds another few Mbps per Sky Glass/Sky Stream device.

Can you do a network speed test on each of your Pucks.
Launch Netflix on your pucks (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.
Choose Check Network.
Would suggest running the test a few times, say a few minutes between tests.
What is your speed?

Re: Inadequate broadband

I believe that to be in accurate, although my download speed is pretty poor too, when I stream in Spain where I also have broadband, everything works perfectly because both download and upload are much faster

@D+Jeeves  Sky Stream isn't available in stream, also Glss/Stream needs a constant speed whereas Netflix for example use adaptive streaming
