ITV racing not recorded

Hi, I am having issues when recording itv racing morning line and racing live on itv 4.i have it on series link.Most days it simply doesn't record but when it does , it disappears midway through the programme  which is frustrating and a little annoying!

@PhilD11  Sky Glass does not record, it is playlisted and then should be picked uo from ITV-X ondemand, if it's not there it may be down to ITV itself not adding it to their on demand serrvice.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
