I’ve recently had Sky Glass installed and I have 2 pucks installed on 2 other TV’s. One of the Pucks

The puck I have installed on the TV I have upstairs isn't working. It worked fine initially but now it's just hanging and despite resetting it's still not functioning

Is it connected via WiFi? Is the speed sufficient and stable enough in the upstairs room?
