On my Sky Glass TV I just keep getting Sorry because of a technical issue you're currently experiencing a limited service. Please be assured that we're working hard to fix the problem. It's been saying that since lunchtime. I've turned the router and the TV off and on again numerous times but nothing's fixing it.

Do you still have internet access on other devices?

Yes I could access the sky Internet through my phone - it was weird. It's reset itself now but I had to reactivate the TV on the sky app. It was all very odd! Glad it's sorted now and thanks for replying.
