Try unplugging for at least 10 minutes
if that doesn't work report back and I will escalate to the online team

I don't know why I have to go through security when only asking a question about a blank screen and not wanting to discuss anything about subscriptions or accounts or personal info

@Vipcustomer unfortunately Sky have to ask these questions to everyone that they speak to on the chat to make sure they are the account holder.
