Sounds like you've ordered Sky Stream with Sky Broadband, not a Sky Glass TV.

Hi no it says this I've never had sky before so it getting put on 20th this month delivery tomorrow but doesn't mention tv it was part of Black Friday deal here's what the pack says 

Sky live pack,

Sky glass pack,

Sky ultimate tv,

sky entertainment with netflix

says hun wifi and pud to be delivered I just don't understand does that mean tv as it supposed was a pack ordered online

Just don't know as it doesn't say anything apart from installation and hub/pod and wifi delivery

I've got the complete oppisite.

I ordered Sky Stream and indeed have the puck delivered already, but on my breakdown it says Sky Glass Pack.

Very curious 🤔

The ordering systems can be very odd. When I had Sky Stream everything on my account was labelled as me having Sky Glass. I would keep getting emails saying 'make your Sky Glass even better with Sky Live' or 'add the Whole Home subscription to your Sky Glass TV and get Sky on every TV with an amazing Stream Puck!' 

I've never had Sky Glass. I've never wanted Sky Glass. All I had was a single Stream puck (and even that's gone now.) It's absurd really and only ends up confusing and irritating customers.

I would get intouch, I am myself tomorrow as I' only ordered the pack because of tv, and if it's not included why put it on mine and yours as well. Plus the whole pack cost me over twice as much as my current provider (3)  just for broadband but I could get anything else on my fire stick thanks for reply I'm not happy so I'll be ringing.

I'm unhappy this is costing nearly thre times I paid with 3 and I cud get everything off my fire stick, contract ended but like urself I notice live was on it and landlineI got the wifi today, pud coming live tv, Netflix free, but no mention of tv.  On the delivery section for further items. I only have a normal tv, so I don't need extra devices for other rooms the tv was to replace my freebies tv for the bedroom with the pud and glass tv in living room, I'm gonna have to ring them bloody phones broke so I'm bummed till tomorrow but yer not paying what they want when I applied for package

A Sky Glass in the package would be substantially more than just paying for a stream puck, as you would either need to purchase the TV upfront or pay it off in monthly payments as part of a credit agreement ( in addition to the TV subscription cost).

My billing doesn't start until next week, so I'll wait until then to see how much I'm paying exactly.

That's one thing I'm not liking so far, I haven't recieved a contract containing prices.

If you purchased a Sky Glass you either would have paid the TV price upfront, or would have been sent a credit agreement to sign in you were opting for the monthly installment payment plan.

Mines costing nearly 70 quid so I'll be calling tomorrow I can get all the other stuff on my fire stick, and keep paying 25.00 to 3. Was never asked for a 20.00 upfront fee which I've noticed they have changed it to now. So yep not gud not paying that,
