I ordered my sky glass last night now cancelled no credit agreement was emailed over ? Is this why

I ordered my sky glass last night now I got email saying cancelled no credit agreement was emailed over ? Is this why as I passed my credit check over the phone very frustrating as was due to be delivered on Thursday just before Christmas. Please help as I wasn't emailed my credit agreement and this is not my fault and previously they sent out wrong size tv and took ages to cancel and still awaiting my upfront payment now they took another one yesterday will I have to pay this again?

Hi @CaitlinA

We are all customers here and don't have access to you account. You will need to contact sky customer service.

From memory when I purchased my glass (was 2 years ago) they gave me a deadline for signing the agreement which needed to be done 2 or 3 days before delivery. There also used to be reports here of orders being cancelled due to failing a secondary credit check, but this was generally for those ordering online. Not sure if this applies to phone orders.

It’s possible you may have failed the required credit check(s). Sky do carry out a second, more thorough check.

If you contact Sky they would be able to confirm that’s the reason your order was cancelled but not why you failed the credit check in the first place as they are not allowed to view your credit record. You would have to sign up to a credit reference agency like Experian or Equifax, which would give you access to your credit record.
