I need a fix on my discovery + to enable me watch live football matches.

I recently subscribe to sky TV and I have been trying to watch live football game on discovery + but it has been unsuccessful. It keeps prompting me to upgrade before I can watch, and I have set up my account and all.

 

Please I would appreciate if this can be looked into.

Your not talking to Sky. We are fellow subscribers. We (and Sky) have no way of identifying you and your account from a post on a public forum. There are many posts on the forum if you look through the boards or use the search feature.

 

But as the first starting point, have you activated and linked your account as documented here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/discovery-plus

Also do you subscribe to TNT Sports via Sky (you pay Sky for it)? The Discovery + included with Sky is the standard tier (which doesn't included TNT Sports). If you subscribe to TNT Sports via Sky the Discovery + account gets upgraded to the Premium tier which includes all the TNT Sports content.
