I haven’t received the camera I was promised

I bought sky Glass in April. It was supposed to come with a free camera, but I didn't receive the camera.

@Mowy you are not talking to Sky by posting in this forum. You will have to call to check why the Sky Live camera was not sent.

Thanks it it's pretty difficult to contact people at sky. Do you have a number for them please?

Scroll down to need more help and expand the section and you will see an 033 number. When you ring and it asks about a mobile number to send you a link, ignore it and it will eventually put you through.
