Call Sky and ask for a replacement (if you are within the 2 year warranty period.)

@Powepowe10 I had a similar issue on Sky Glass when I first got it a couple of years ago and I found the following resolved the problem:

Go into the Settings > Start up & standby menu and make sure that the option for "Networked standby mode" to ON this will stop the TV losing its connection to your network when it goes into standby. Personally I turned everything else OFF in the menu as I found the features irritating and not very useful.
