I am partly disabled with my arms so txt ain't to easy and I'm slow i prefere a phone call from sky I have perfect picture on my sky glass but no sound across all channels have reset modem but no change John help

This is a customer helps customer forum, not Sky support so they won't call you off the back of you posting here. In the first instance try rebooting your Sky glass:
You can do this by going to settings > system management > resets and updates > restart device.
If you wish to speak to Sky you can call 150 from a Sky landline line or mobile or go to this page: https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-tv/sky-tv-glass/fixing-a-problem-sky-glass/fixing-sky-glass-tv/art...
And click "no I still need help" and then Id prefer to get in touch.and you will see an 0333 number. Unfortunately the forum software doesn't allow us to post phone numbers.
