How do I get the TV repaired?
The line is in the bottom third of the screen and runs right the way across the screen. Just the one line at the moment.

First try a full power cycle (off and on at the mains)
If the set is still within the two year warranty then you just call Sky for a swap-out.
Unfortunately repair outside the warranty period probably isn't economically viable or practical.

Hi Timmy,
Thanks for the input. Line defnitely does not go away after multiple power cycles. TV is 2021 from memory so is probably out of warranty.
Thanks for your time with the help!
