I have an error message when I turn my sky glass on

When I turn my TV on the message k get is "Sorry, because of a technical issue, you're currently experiencing a limited service. Please be assured that we're working hard to fix the problem." I then can't leave that screen. I have tried turning the switch off and on again and holding down 4 & 6 and 7 & 9. Can anyone help?
