I have a problem with my order

I haven't even ordered ot . So looks like my account has been bugged 

 Please sort this out now.

You're not talking to Sky Customer services, if you don't have Sky Glass Gen 2 what is the exact issue you have with your account?

You need to call Sky directly if you suspect your account has been hacked or there is some form of extraneous charge on it.
