I don,t have any access to Netflix

I got a replacement puck and remote yesterday after having been without any tv since last Wednesday. I now have the new puck working but I don't have Netflix at all  it was on my old puck but not on this one

For clarification do you mean you cannot find / open the app or cannot log in to the app? 

 

If you cannot remeber your login credentials you will need to follow instructions from Netflix or seek their assistance. While billing is handled by Sky, netflix are responsible for credential managemwnt. See: https://help.netflix.com/en/node/126425#:~:text=Go%20to%20netflix.com%2FLoginHelp,Select%20Find%20ac....

 

Netflix should be in Apps or accessable by saying netflix into your your remote. If this isn't working see: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/fixing-problems-with-netflix-netflix-missing-call-to-upgrade-osm
