I got a replacement puck and remote yesterday after having been without any tv since last Wednesday. I now have the new puck working but I don't have Netflix at all it was on my old puck but not on this one

For clarification do you mean you cannot find / open the app or cannot log in to the app?
If you cannot remeber your login credentials you will need to follow instructions from Netflix or seek their assistance.
